To the wonderful Brown Democrats,
Welcome to our new blog! So the e-board was sitting around in our commander-in-chief's suite trying to think of new ways we could reach out to the many fantastic democrats on Brown's campus. We would love to hear if you have any comments, and feel free to leave them on this post and future ones. And since we will definitely have a great semester ahead, we thought we should come up with a great way to make sure everyone hears about events, speakers, etc.
Such as the debate watching party. We will all get together at 8:00, this thursday, in Morris Lounge.
Get excited.
Whether you love to watch Hillary, Obama, or Edwards, or just plain like to watch Democrats talk (and argue too), this event is a great chance to hang out with friends, have some fun with the dems, and learn a thing or two about where the democrats stand. Even if you have yet to watch a presidential debate or have watched all of them (I lost count after 10), this promises to be a fun and exciting event.
Also, please stop by our booth at the midyear activities fair. You can ask us about getting more involved, about our general meetings, or just more about what we do on campus
There is definitely alot more great stuff planned, but that seems like enough for a first post. Hope to see you at the debate party!!
